UPS, as of Jan. 1, 2007, will no longer have the categories of OS/1 and OS/2

This new formula is much simpler than the pervious one.

Below is the NEW way to figure out if your package is oversized and if so what weight it will be billed at.

Determining the Weight & Size (limits according to UPS Ground standards)

1. Determine the package measurments.

Length x Width x Height (if more than 5,184 contine to #2)

Packages smaller than three cubic feet (5,184 cubic inches) will be billed based on actual weight
2. Divide total by 194

Length x Width x Height /194 = Billable Weight

Rememeber this is the BIGGEST poilcy change in UPS history. please make a note of it when thinking of shipping a large package. If you have any questions let us know by email or by phone.
